It is a good pot to share the gospel here

I recently had the opportunity to travel to the eastern part of Rwanda. A local pastor invited me to preach on Sunday at a church in a village, about a four-hour drive from the capital.

Due to a breakdown in our own car, the pastor and I travelled in a rented vehicle. As we set out, I had a strong inner prompting that something might happen specifically an accident. That feeling became a reality during our journey. Interestingly, when my wife, Abir, called me later, she shared that she and Daniel had been led to pray specifically for my protection from any accidents. I was able to testify to her that God truly kept me safe.

After completing the police procedures, we continued our journey. I sensed a spiritual battle at hand, but I also knew that a great blessing awaited us. Indeed, when we arrived, God’s presence was overwhelming, and it was a truly wonderful time of ministry.

Family & Ministry News

We would like to share that we have cancelled our monthly training for pastors for December and January, as we are expecting a new baby during this time. However, we remain in weekly contact with these pastors via Zoom.

Prayer Requests

We humbly ask you to join us in prayer for the following:

1. Please pray for the baby we are expecting; for health, strength, and a safe delivery.

2. Pray for the smooth coordination of all medical and logistical arrangements for the birth here in Rwanda.

3. Pray for God to open more doors for service and to provide for all ministry needs, especially for travel and the monthly pastors' training. We are specifically praying for financial support to sustain this training program.

4. We are asking God for a reliable car to assist us in our ministry and travels. Car repairs in Rwanda are very difficult due to a lack of skilled mechanics, and we need a vehicle that can withstand the local conditions.

5. Please pray for our emotional and mental well-being as a family. We recently left our house and moved into a small room, which proved unsuitable. Currently, a missionary family has kindly hosted us, but we will move again in a few days to another missionary’s home until July, after which we will need to find another place. We pray for peace amidst these transitions.
